Appointments are 10 minutes long and are for one problem only. If you have more than one problem, ask for a double appointment when you book, or the doctor may ask you to come back at another time.
If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, please ring and let us know, we can then offer the appointment another patient.
Appointments can be booked by our receptionists between 8am & 6:30pm in person,by telephone or on-line.For booking of on-line appointments you will need a log on and password to access this service, please ask at Reception. You will be asked to bring in some form of photographic indentifcation, such as passport or driving license. You can then access this link via the front page of this website and click on the Systmonline button to access these services.
"BOOK ON THE DAY" APPOINTMENTS
WITH EFFECT FROM 24TH JUNE 2019, PATIENTS WILL BE ABLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON THE DAY EITHER ON THE TELEPHONE OR BY COMING INTO THE SURGERY AND BOOKING APPOINTMENTS WITH RECEPTION.
THE RECEPTIONIST WILL ASK "CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME AN IDEA OF THE PROBLEM TODAY?" THIS IS IN ORDER TO BOOK THE MOST APPROPRIATE APPOINTMENT FOR YOU WITH THE GP, ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER, NURSE OR PHARMACIST.
If you have difficulty with stairs, tell the receptionist at the time of booking and arrangements will be made for you to be seen on the ground floor. We continually monitor the appointments system to maintain easy patient access.
